THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Central government has granted approval for the second Vande Bharat train to be introduced in Kerala.
The final authorization was issued by the Union Ministry of Railways. In a meeting held between BJP Kerala state president K Surendran and Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw this morning, an assurance was given regarding the sanctioning of the Vande Bharat Express. Subsequently, the Ministry of Railways officially approved the launch of the Vande Bharat train.
However, specific details about the route and stops for the new train have not been released by the ministry yet. The announcement of the new routes will be made after further discussions.
