Thiruvananthapuram: A momentous gathering of former activists from the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) is set to take place today, marking the organisation’s 75th anniversary. The event, aptly named “Smaranika,” will commence at 3 p.m. and is scheduled to be held at the Sri Karthika Tirunal Auditorium in East Fort, Thiruvananthapuram.
The auspicious occasion will be inaugurated by none other than Union Minister of State for External Affairs, V Muraleedharan. The presence of such a distinguished figure underscores the significance of this gathering for ABVP and its alumni.
Adding to the prestige of the event, former ABVP National President, Prof. Milind Marathe, will deliver the keynote address, sharing insights and perspectives gleaned from his vast experience within the organisation.
The guest list for the celebration includes prominent ABVP figures such as National Joint Organising Secretary S. Balakrishna, Zonal Organising Secretary R. Kumaresh, State President Arun Kadapal, State Secretary NCT Srihari, and many others who have played pivotal roles in shaping the ABVP’s journey over the years.
