Kozhikode: The National President of BJP Minority Morhca, Jamal Siddiqui, said that the party is getting huge support from the Muslims and Christians in Kerala. He added that the efforts to reach out to the minority communities by dispelling their misunderstandings towards the party are also gaining ground. He said that such misunderstandings were spread by political enemies. Jamal Siddiqui was speaking to the media in Kozhikode.
He informed that the campaign ‘Modi Mitra’ has been launched for those from minority communities to join the BJP directly. This will attract more people from the minorities. The BJP Minority Morcha is organizing ‘Modi Mitra’ campaign in Pathanamthitta, Idukki, Kottayam, and Kozhikode districts. Through the campaign, the BJP aims to attract one lakh new membership to the party, said Jamal Siddiqui.
‘Modi Mitra’ campaign is open to everyone from every age group. The participants will be given certificates. Their participation with the party will also contribute in the sustainable development of Bharat.
It is by the suggestion of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, that Minority Morcha is visiting members of minority communities so as to clear their doubts and apprehensions created by political enemies. This will help the minorities realize that they are safer under the government of Narendra Modi.
Jamal Siddiqui said that the Central Government is leading the whole society towards development without looking for differences or divisions.
Modi Mitra is a mass outreach program aimed at minorities. The BJP launched the program on April 29 and plans to meet people from minority communities.
