Wayanad: Eight young girls who had gone missing from the hostel of Rajiv Gandhi Memorial Residential Higher Secondary School in Noolpuzha, Wayanad, have been safely located. The disappearance of the eight girls came to the attention of school authorities around 4 p.m. yesterday.
The girls, students of classes 4 and 5, were discovered in a nearby forest during the night. The incident, which raised concerns among school authorities and locals, comes as a reminder of previous instances when children had disappeared from the school under similar circumstances.
