THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The government has decided to raise the delegate fee for the 28th IFFK by including an 18% GST charge. Currently, the delegate fee stands at Rs 1000 for the general category and Rs 500 for students. After including the tax, it will be Rs 1180 and Rs 590, respectively.
Delegates will receive a kit that includes a schedule, festival book, identity card, etc.
The Kerala State Chalachitra Academy has expressed their displeasure regarding the inclusion of the tax.
The 28th IFFK will be held on various screens in Thiruvananthapuram from December 8 to 15, 2023.
