Thiruvananthapuram: In a sign that communist party is fearing a backlash from the Hindu community in Kerala due to their anti-Hindu stand, the CPI(M) General Secretary, Kodiyeri Balakrishnan, has said that the SDPI, a the political arm of Popular Front of India, is the biggest terrorist organization.

The communist leader has also leveled a serious allegation saying that Muslim extremists have influenced the Lok Sabha elections in the state.

Kodiyeri Balakrishnan added that the communist parties do not believe in the results predicted by exit polls. However, he also said that CPI(M) has failed in many elections and that his party will not cry if defeated in the Lok Sabha elections and that they will move on.

All exit polls are predicting a poor show by the communist party. According to the exit polls the communist party is heading towards a bleak future in their former strongholds of West Bengal and Tripura.

CPI(M) is also facing a grim situation in Kerala especially after its anti-Hindu stand in Sabarimala issue. The party is expected to win only a few seats in Kerala. This election could be very well sound the death bell for the communist party as a national party in India.

The statement of the communist party leader accusing SDPI is a sign that the party is realizing its folly for alienating the Hindu community in Kerala.
