THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: In his autobiography, MM Lawrence, the senior leader of the CPI(M) and popular figure within the CITU, reveals that VS Achuthanandan instigated sectarianism among CPI(M) leaders.
Lawrence’s revelations are featured in his autobiography, titled ‘Ormacheppu Thurakkumbol,’ (Opening the memory casket) published by the DC Books which is set to be released today.
In the autobiography, Lawrence accuses VS Achuthanandan of always being keen on popularizing his own name.
In one of the chapters, named ‘Vibhageeyatha,’ Lawrence openly expresses his animosity toward VS Achuthanandan.
Lawrence’s account of his conflicts with VS Achuthanandan and the alleged ruthless political maneuvers within the CPI(M), as detailed in his autobiography, is currently sparking controversy.
