Thiruvananthapuram: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Guruvayoor Temple tomorrow morning. His visit comes days after he sworn in as the Prime Minister for the second time after winning a landslide in the Lok Sabha elections.
BJP State President, Sreedharan Pillae, said, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to visit Guruvayoor Temple tomorrow morning. He will come around 9.30-10.30 around to visit the temple.”
The Prime Minister will address BJP workers for the first time in Kerala after assuming office.
After offering his prayers he will attend the celebration arranged by local BJP activists at Guruvayoor Sree Krishna HS grounds and will leave the state by 11.30 am.
Narendra Modi will reach Kochi late at night today.
Incidentally, Modi’s visit will clash with Rahul Gandhi’s visit to his new Parliamentary constituency Wayanad. He is on a three day tour of Wayanad from which he won comfortably on the back of a huge minority population.
Rahul Gandhi had lost his home bastion Amethi to Smrithi Irani and is now focusing on Wayanad, which gave him a huge victory that helped him save his face in National politics.
