Ernakulam: Two 14-year-old female students from Palakkattuthazham, Perumbavoor, have been reported missing since yesterday. Both girls, identified as Alekha and Nikhila Lakshmi, are studying in the 9th grade at Perumbavoor Govt Girls Higher Secondary School. They did not return home after classes ended at noon.
Both of them are studying in the same class. They used to attend tuition after school and reach home together. The parents of the students became anxious when they failed to reach home at the usual time. Following their concern, a complaint was filed with the Perumbavoor police, which started a search operation to locate the missing students.
