Thiruvananthapuram: Amidst growing concerns over the recent abduction of a six-year-old girl gripping the attention of the entire state, another attempt at child kidnapping is reported in Kerala. In Varkala, Thiruvananthapuram, an alarming incident unfolded as an 11-year-old girl narrowly escaped from an abduction attempt in Ayiroor.
The incident occurred in Ayiroor, where a group of four individuals in a white car attempted to kidnap a young girl as she was preparing to go to school. The assailants tried to cover her mouth and tried to forcibly take her into the vehicle. The mother of the girl said that they left her on the way as the girl made noise. The mother reported the incident to the Ayiroor police station and filed a complaint.
