Mumbai: After the revelation of passport that shows Binoy Kodiyeri as husband of the woman who has filed complaint against him, another proof comes to light in the form of a birth certificate. The birth certificate of the complainant’s kid’s records the name of father as Binoy Kodiyeri.
Birth certificate is registered at the Municipal Corporation office in Greater Mumbai in 2010. Meanwhile, reports reveal that Kodiyeri Balakrishnan was aware of the relation between the woman and Binoy earlier itself. Adv.Sreejith, the mediator, has also told that he had informed about the seriousness of the issue to Kodyeri but Binoy opined not to inform the matter to his father.
The woman’s passport was renewed in 2014 and she has handed over the documents including passport and her son’s birth certificate to police for further inquiry.
