Mumbai: The anticipatory bail plea submitted by Binoy Kodiyeri will be considered on June 27. Mumbai Dindoshi Sessions Court has deferred the judgement in the plea as the Judge is on leave.
The complaint against Binoy had been filed by a woman, a former bar dancer, alleging that Binoy Kodiyeri had molested her from 2008 to 2018 and had made false promise to marry her. She filed a complaint at Oshiwara Police Station, Mumbai.
Binoy Kodiyeri approched the court for anticipatory bail as police proceedings were underway.
