Mumbai: Mumbai Police has issued look out notice for Binoy Kodiyeri today as part of inquiry. The notice comes as Binoy’s anticipatory bail plea to be considered tomorrow.
The woman, who has given complaint against Binoy Kodiyeri at Oshiwara police station, alleged that Binoy had been molesting her from 2009 to 2018 and had promised her to marry. The woman was working as a bar dancer in Mumbai.She has an eight year old boy and Binoy’s name is recorded as the boy’s father in his birth certificate. Binoy was a frequent visitor in the dance bar and he had vowed to marry the complainant if she leaves her bar dancer job, the complaint says.
Mumbai Police had reached Kannur last week for further inquiry of the case. Binoy submitted his anticipatory bail plea when police started probe.
