Oshiwara: The woman who has filed complaint against Binoy Kodiyeri has revealed that she will hand over more evidence so as to make the court informed about the proof before considering Binoy’s anticipaory bail plea today. Her family has also informed that they will arrange a new lawyer for strengthening the case.
Mumbai Dindoshi court will consider Binoy’s bail plea this afternoon.
The court has deferred verdict to Monday earlier. It was again postponed to Thursday as the Sessions Judge was on leave.
