“Asking for pension from people’s tax, not from monthly payment”, says Mariyakutty

Thiruvananthapuram: Mariyakutty, who gained public attention through her protest against the government for pending welfare pension, has once again voiced her criticism. She emphasized that she is advocating for pension from people’s tax, not from monthly payments. Mariyakutty further stated that she is open to participating in programs organized by all political parties except for those affiliated with Pinarayi Vijayan.

Her statement comes in response to criticism from the CPI (M), accusing her of being associated with the Congress at night and the BJP in the morning. Mariyakutty clarified that she had already addressed this allegation earlier. She made these remarks while taking part in the ‘Avakasha Samrakshana Yathra’ organized by the Save Kerala Forum in front of the Secretariat.
