Mumbai: Binoy Kodiyeri, after securing anticipatory bail in sexual assault case, has presented himself at Mumbai Oshiwara police station.Police has asked Binoy to undergo DNA test. Binoy should provide blood sample on next Monday, police informed.
Binoy Kodiyeri has told his willingness for DNA test to the investigation team. Earlier, Binoy’s advocate had argued in the court that DNA test is not at all necessary in this case.The court rejected the argument and ordered DNA test must be done upon the police demand.
Binoy Kodiyeri got anticipatory bail on strict conditions including that he has to be presented every Monday before probe team for a month.
