Ernakulam: The High Court is set to revisit the plea filed by KSIDC (Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation) today, seeking a stay on the SFIO (Serious Fraud Investigation Office) investigation concerning the monthly payment case. The petitioners raised complaints regarding the SFIO’s investigation, alleging that it was being conducted without the production of a copy of the inquiry order. Earlier, the court had asked why KSIDC was afraid of the SFIO inquiry and if it had something to hide. Additionally, the court suggested conducting an investigation into the mysterious CMRL-Exalogic deal. Today, the Central government is expected to present clarifications along with supporting documents in response to KSIDC’s petition.
