Thiruvananthapuram: The capital city is ready to welcome Prime Minister Narendra Modi who will reach the ‘sacred land of Lord Padmanabhan’ (Thiruvananthapuram) tomorrow morning. Although this is the third time the Prime Minister is visiting Kerala in two months, tomorrow is his first visit to Thiruvananthapuram this year.
PM Modi will visit the Vikram Sarabhai Space Center in Thiruvananthapuram and will inaugurate three space projects worth Rs 1,800 crore. The Prime Minister will announce the names and details of the astronauts on India’s first space mission, Gaganyaan, at the event to be held in Thiruvananthapuram tomorrow.

At 10 o’clock tomorrow, PM Modi will inaugurate the concluding ceremony of the Kerala Padayatra led by BJP State President K Surendran at Thiruvananthapuram Central Stadium.
Many people from various constituencies who have recently joined the BJP and beneficiaries of central government schemes will participate in the event tomorrow. The announcement of the merger of PC George’s Kerala Janapaksha Secular Party will also take place in the presence of the Prime Minister.
Union Minister V Muraleedharan, National Executive Committee members Kummanam Rajasekharan, PK Krishnadas, State Prabhari Prakash Javadekar, District President VV Rajesh, National, State and District office bearers will share the stage with the Prime Minister.
