Thiruvananthapuram: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a high temperature warning for eight districts in the state today. The districts under warning include Palakkad, Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha, Thrissur, Kollam, Kottayam, Kozhikode, and Kannur.
According to meteorological reports, Palakkad district is likely to experience the highest temperature, reaching up to 38 degrees Celsius. Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha, and Thrissur districts are expected to face a maximum temperature of 37 degrees Celsius, while Kollam, Kottayam, Kozhikode, and Kannur districts may see temperature rising up to 36 degrees Celsius.
