Kozhikode: The Kerala Muslim Jamaath has demanded a change in the decision to hold elections in Kerala on April 26 (Friday).
Kerala Muslim Jamaath stated that polling on Friday would cause difficulties for Muslim election officials, voters, and polling agents. They suggest that the election should be postponed to another day. Kerala Muslim Jamaath President Kanthapuram A. P. Aboobacker Musliyar has written to the Election Commission raising this demand.
