Sindh: In a latest incident of brutality on Hindu minorities, a medical student, identified as Namrita Chandani, was found dead in her hostel room in Larkana, in Sindh.
Namrita was a final year medical student of Bibi Asifa Dental College. Hostel inmates found Namrita’s room locked from inside and she was lying with a rope tied around her neck.
Namrita’s brother alleged that she has been murdered and the foul play behind the incident must come into light. Her family also alleged that she is killed as she refused for forceful conversion. Islamists have a role in the mysterious death and a thorough investigation must be done.
Sindhi Foundation, US-based agency revealed the startling information that around 100 girls of 12 to 28 years are being forcefully converted every year.
Recently, some temples in the area were also ransacked by rioters.
