New York: Former Los Angeles Lakers superstar and the retired National Basketball Association star, Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna died in a helicopter crash at Calabasas in California. Bryant was a five-time NBA champion and a two-time Olympic gold medalist. All nine in the copter died in the mishap. Kobe Bryant was 41 and his daughter Gianna was 13 year old.
Lakers legends Shaquille O’Neal, Magic Johnson and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar expressed condolences on the death of Kobe Bryant.
