California: Joaquin Phoenix won the Best Actor on Sunday at the 92nd Academy Awards for his portrayal of Arthur Fleck in ‘Joker’.
He has become now the second actor after late Heath Ledger, to win an Oscar for playing the Joker, coincidentally both actors won Oscars for playing the same character.
The movie ‘Joker’ revolves around Arthur Fleck who finds it difficult to make a career as a stand-up comedian and then develops a violent nature towards the wealthy in a decaying Gotham City.
Hollywood’s biggest awards were held at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on Sunday.
