New Delhi: The Ministry of Civil Aviation on Monday has announced its decision to ban all flights to the UK from Tuesday midnight until December 31st.
Many nations have imposed travel restrictions on the UK, latest being Canada, following the mutations of new corona virus. Considering the prevailing situation in the UK Govt of India has decided that al flights originating from the UK to India be suspended till December 31st,2020, the Ministry of Civil Aviation said.
Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal had requested the Central Government to ban all the flights from the UK earlier today.
