Columbo: The public anger is flaring in Sri Lanka in background of the huge financial crisis persisting in the nation that collapsed the life of the citizens. It is reported that the President Gotabaya Rajapaksa left the nation when things went out of his control. The footage of ministers who were rushing to the airports are already out.

A curfew has been issued in the nation when masses of people start protesting in the streets and public roads. Police informed that strict actions will be taken against people who violate the rules. Reports say that the huge buildings are being destroyed by the people in the mass protests.

The Prime Minister Ranil Wikremesinghe has called for a meeting to discuss the current situations in the nation. Report says that around 30 police officers were injured in the protests. The support of the top police and military forces to the protestors has made the matters even worse. 16 MPs have already demanded the immediate resignation of the president
