Popular instant messaging application WhatsApp will soon introduce a new feature to upload voice messages as status. Officials say that the voice messages can now be posted as WhatsApp status and this new feature is in the final stage of development.
Usually, a WhatsApp status will last for 24 hours.
As per the current features, Users can only post images and videos on WhatsApp status. The upcoming feature will provide a facility to send voice notes in your status and this will be known as ‘Voice Status’.
The emoji reactions for messages that come recently on WhatsApp received a wide popularity. This feature helps to acknowledge each message using different emojis. This feature was first introduced by Facebook and later followed by the messenger. Now the WhatsApp users are waiting for the new feature to upload ‘voice status’. It is informed that another feature that helps to open the same WhatsApp account on different smartphones is also in discussion.
