Beijing: The world nations would get benefitted if the relation between India and China becomes stronger, said Chinese Ambassador Sun Weidong. He put forward some instructions to strengthen the bilateral relations. He talked about maintaining mutual trust and understanding between two nations, win- win cooperation, solving the issues in the boundaries and about strengthening the unity and cooperation.
Weidong was talking in a virtual programme organised as part of the 73rd anniversary of the Republic of China. He said that the concept of Asian Century can be realized only through the development and cooperation of both nations. He also mentioned that it is essential to strengthen the unity and cooperation between India, China and other Asian countries.
Weidong mentioned that if the issues between the nations are solved in a light manner, then the relation between the nations will also become stronger. His comments came following the comments of S Jaishankar, the Minister of External affairs of the Government of India who said that there exist some technical difficulties to strengthen the relation between India and China.
Jaishankar also said that the concept of Asian Century can only be adopted when China stops the issues that they are creating on boundaries. India will take over the presiding position of both SCO and G20 by next year. And China will support India along with other nations, added Weidong.
