Washington: The U S administration has slapped Taliban by imposing more restrictions on its members for repressing women. Antony Blinken, American State Secretary, has informed that new visa restrictions policy will e implemented on the current or former members of the Taliban. Antony Blinken declared this on the United Nation’s International Day of the Girl Child.
“As a grim example, for more than a year, Afghanistan remains the only country in the world where girls are systemically barred from attending school beyond the sixth grade, with no return date in sight,” informed Blinken.
The State Secretary also added that America will be always there to protect the rights and freedom of Afghan people, especially, of women and children.
