Russia-Ukraine war; UAE president wants political reconciliation
Abu Dhabi: UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan wants to end the Russia-Ukraine war through reconciliation. The UAE President also said that Russia and Ukraine should reach a political settlement for world peace and security.
Sheikh Mohammed pointed to the need for consultation and a diplomatic solution to resolve the crisis. He emphasized that the UAE’s policy in the regional and international sectors is of peace.
The UAE has announced that it will intervene to end Russia’s invasion in Ukraine. Putin visited the UAE in 2019. An agreement was formed in 2018 for a strategic partnership between the two countries. The world is watching the stance taken by both the countries in relation to the oil sector.
