Bali: Prime Minister Narendra Modi again reminded that war is not a solution for anything. I have said repeatedly to stop firing in Ukraine and return to the path of diplomacy. During the last century, World War II destroyed the world. After that, the then world leaders had tried hard to regain world peace. Now this is our turn, Modi commented while talking at the occasion of the 17th G20 Summit.
The responsibility to create a new world after corona is on our shoulders. Everyone should try equally to maintain peace, harmony and security. Modi also said that the land of Buddha and Gandhi will try to send strong messages to world peace.
Modi said that in India, we are again encouraging natural farming and giving popularity to foods like millets. This will also help to reduce poverty on a global level too. We all are planning to celebrate the International year of Millet, says PM Modi.
The PM said that today’s fertilizer shortage is tomorrow’s food crisis. It is necessary to maintain a mutual agreement to maintain a sustainable supply chain for fertilizer and food grains. By 2030 half of our electricity will be generated from renewable sources. The PM also pointed out that affordable and timely financing and a sustainable delivery of technology is essential for the inclusive energy transition of the developing countries.
