Islamabad: Former Prime Minister and leader of PTI party, Imran Khan said that Pakistan’s democracy is at its worst stage. He added that he only believes in the judicial system of Pakistan and urges the nation to stand with the judiciary.
He said that Pakistani Government is living under the fear of contesting in elections. This is because the Government fears if the elections occur, their party will be completely wiped out.
The former PM also said that the Government will only contest the elections if he is imprisoned or killed and that there have been two assassination attempts on his life. He also criticized how they conducted raid at his house while he wasn’t present at home.
Meanwhile, Imran Khan also condemned the attacks caused by Tehreek-e-Insaaf. He said that in the past 27 years all the members of the party have carried themselves peacefully.
