Reports have emerged of the alleged assassination of Khalistan militant Sukhdul Singh, also known as Sukha Duneke, in Canada. Duneke had affiliations with the Davinder Bambiha Sangh in Moga district, and it is suspected that his murder may be linked to internal conflicts within the gang.
According to sources, the murder took place in the Winnipeg region of Canada, although there has been no official confirmation of his death at this time. In 2017, Duneke entered Canada from India using forged documents. He has a criminal record in India, with seven registered cases against him.
Duneke had reportedly played a significant role in supporting and funding the activities of the Davinder Bambiha gang across various regions, including Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, and Rajasthan. Notably, he was implicated in a conspiracy to assassinate kabaddi player Sandeep Singh Nangal during a match in Mallian village, Jalandhar, on March 14th, 2022 allegedly with the assistance of his associates.
