Farmer leader Rakesh Tikait on Thursday reiterated that the agitation against the agricultural laws will continue till they are withdrawn.
He said that even if a complete lockdown is implemented due to the coronavirus, farmers will continue to stand at the Delhi border.
Rakesh Tikait, who came to Saharanpur to attend the wedding of the daughter of Kiranjeet Singh, the nephew of Shaheed Bhagat Singh, said that the movement has now spread across villages.
Responding to the resignation of BJP leader Priyamvada Tomar from the party in support of farmers’ agitation, he said that now people are understanding that the law is against the farmers.
