Thiruvananthapuram : After the success of the first Vande Bharat Train, the second Vande Bharat is also gaining immense popularity. The demand for tickets is also extremely high, with no availability in any class for the next five days. Five-day tickets have been sold out since the service started yesterday. Tickets for the Thiruvananthapuram-Kasaragod Vande Bharat route are not available until October 1, and even for the Kasaragod-Thiruvananthapuram Vande Bharat route, they are not available until the 2nd October.
Improved Alappuzha route and more convenient timing make the second Vande Bharat even more appealing. Bookings in the Executive Coach are filling up faster than those in the AC Coach.
The train departs from Kasaragod at 7:55 a.m. and makes stops at Kannur (7:55 a.m.), Kozhikode (8:57 a.m.), Tirur (9:22 a.m.), Shornur (9:58 a.m.), Thrissur (10:38 a.m.), Ernakulam (11:45 a.m.), Alappuzha (12:32 p.m.), Kollam (1:40 p.m.), and Thiruvananthapuram (3:05 p.m.).
The return journey from Thiruvananthapuram begins at 4:05 p.m. with stops at Kollam (4:53 p.m.), Alappuzha (5:55 p.m.), Ernakulam (6:35 p.m.), Thrissur (7:40 p.m.), Shornur (8:15 p.m.), Tirur (8:52 p.m.), Kozhikode (9:23 p.m.), Kannur (10:24 p.m.), Kasaragod (11:58 p.m.), and so on.
