The National Capital on Thursday saw a dip in fresh cases of COVID-19 as according to the daily health bulletin, 10,489 new cases were recorded in the past 24 hours while 308 people lost their lives.
The fresh additions have taken the case tally and death toll to 1,37,24,725 and 20,618, respectively.
The positivity rate in Delhi, based on past 24 hours data, has now come down below 15 per cent as out of 73,675 people tested, as many as 63,186 were found negative of the virus. On Wednesday, the positivity rate was 17.03 per cent. The fatality rate stands at 1.50 per cent.
Of 73,675 tests conducted in the past one day, 58,709 were done by RTPCR while 14,966 people were checked by the Rapid Antigen Test. Till now 1.81 crore Delhiites have been inspected for the virus.
