Even as endeavours continue on war footing in Madhya Pradesh to combat the second wave of the novel coronavirus, a ‘second front’ of sorts has opened up and at least 700 patients infected by black fungus are undergoing treatment.
Meanwhile, 1,910 ampules of amphotericin reached the state on Thursday.
“The medication is being air-dashed to Jabalpur, Gwalior and Sagar,” Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan conveyed via social media.
