Kanker: An encounter broke out between security forces and communist terrorists in Chhattisgarh’s Kanker district on Sunday, the officials said.
According to the officials, the polioce have demolished the Naxal camps in the Antagarh area, where the encounter broke out between Communist terrorists and teams of District Reserve Guard (DRG) and Border Security Force (BSF). A search operation is underway in the area, the police added.
A BJP leader in Chhattisgarh was killed in an attack by communist terrorists last day. Narayanpur BJP District Vice President Ratan Dubey was killed. An investigation was going on in the incident.
